CLC-Inspection is one type of inspection service that we check & supervise whole the container loading process.
The Container Loading Check will give the Clients know the actual Loading process situation as: container condition, loading method, condition of the export cartons, shipping mark, quantity of goods loaded, and the container status after loading (space, temperature, seal…) to ensure the goods are transported safely, and fully to the Client.
How the Loading Inspection performing?
Identify the inspection: This section identifying the product to be loaded, quantity of goods packed or cartons, choosing an inspection service provider, and preparing for the inspection.
Warehouse storage check: Check warehouse condition, temperature, moisture, products stacking, to know that the finished goods was placed in the suitable storage.
Product quality check: Conduct a quality check of the goods to ensure the product was packed in the carton is the product shipment, and free from defects or damage. This step also required check the Labels and markings, and verify that the goods are properly labelled and marked with the correct information.
Loading method check: Check the loading process, how to arrange the good in to the container, or check if any carton of finished good damage or broken during the loading.
Sealing container check: Check the seal status to ensure it safe for transport of shipment.
Reporting: After loading inspection,all the criteria such as: container condition, loading method, seal status, and quantity of goods will be reported to the Clients for all the actual findings and recording within 24 hours upon the completion of inspection.
